Founder – Nomduva Community Empowerment Project
Busisiwe Ntuli is a vision-led community leader who established Nomduva Community Empowerment Project (NCEP) to address youth vulnerability, unemployment, and lack of creative infrastructure in local townships. Her dedicated leadership guides the strategic direction, partner engagements, and community outreach operations of the organisation.
Project Coordinator / Public Officer
Lugcino Ntsuzi serves as the Project Coordinator and Public Officer for NCEP. Combining creative writing talent with project implementation, Lugcino manages programme logistics, community engagement, digital communications, and documentation for initiatives like Ikhaya Golden Mic.
Ensuring accountable management, transparency, and sustainable impact across all community programmes.
Maintaining full compliance with NPO regulations (308-012 NPO) and delivering regular impact reporting to partners and stakeholders.
Working directly alongside local youth, schools, families, and community elders to tailor initiatives to ground-level needs.
Pairing emerging creative artists with experienced industry mentors to foster long-term career growth and personal resilience.
